Some crafts carry the memory of movement in them, and Lambani is one of these — a needle-and-mirror tradition shaped by the Banjara women who once travelled with their looms and threads across the subcontinent, eventually settling in the hill country of Karnataka. What they left behind is a language of circles, chevrons, and sunbursts, each one hand-stitched, each mirror caught into place by hand.

Here, that language unfolds in coral pink across blended Bangalore silk — concentric medallions in mustard, indigo, and maroon radiating like folk suns, mirrors scattered through like scattered light.
