Refund policy

We try our best to deliver the best product to you. We do all the quality and hygiene checks before dispatching the product to you. Please read through the following terms and conditions prior to making a purchase.

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Return
  • Currently Returns are accepted only in case of damage as confirmed through parcel opening video within 1 days of receiving the product.
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item with 1 days of receiving the product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • If an incorrect or defective item is being sent to you, we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per customer demand. Please make sure you have parcel opening video with your request for us to approve it and the parcel opening video should be made within 1 days of receiving the product.

Exchange

  • Exchange of products will not be entertained all the time but only in case of genuine reasons, which will be determined by our team.
  • In case of exchange, the customer will be liable to pay the one way shipping charges i.e. ₹300.

  • Please note that exchange products will need to be sent to the following address: House 38, PB Road, Suhagpur, Rehabari, Guwahati, Assam - 781008

    Exchange Delivery Timeframe

    Once your exchange request is approved and the original product is received and inspected by our team, we will dispatch the replacement product within 2–3 business days.
    The exchanged item will be delivered within 5–9 business days after dispatch, based on your delivery location.

Refund
  • Refund will be done only incase of damaged items. 

    Refund Processing Timeframe

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount will reflect in your account within 7–10 business days from the date of processing.

  • If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will send the same product back to you. In either scenario, your return issue will be closed within 7 days of our receiving the return package from the customer.
  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Desi Aadat and accepts Desi Aadat's decision regarding the return validation that is - if the product is valid to be accepted as a return or not.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation of the order can only be done through our email id - desiaadat@gmail.com or reach us through our contact number. Since all orders are Prepaid and therefore can only be canceled before they have left our warehouse. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
